1. Agreement and scope#
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and the operator of Eudorian (collectively, “Eudorian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to Eudorian websites, applications, APIs, the Eudorian Worker, community compute network, and related services (the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing an API, enabling an Eudorian Worker, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Feature-specific terms displayed when you enable or purchase a feature also apply; if they conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms control for that feature.
Eudorian is being developed as a community-powered AI platform. When the relevant features become available, people may request AI workloads and may voluntarily contribute eligible compute resources through the Eudorian Worker in exchange for platform compute credits. Some interfaces currently describe planned or preview capabilities. A preview, roadmap, estimate, or documentation example is not a promise that a feature will launch or operate in a particular way.
2. Eligibility and accounts#
You may use the Services only if you can legally enter into these Terms and are not prohibited from using them under applicable law. If you use Eudorian for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.

You must provide accurate account information, keep it reasonably current, protect credentials and API keys, and promptly address suspected unauthorized access. You may not share credentials in a way that defeats account, security, or rate-limit controls.
3. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct#
You may use the Services only lawfully, safely, and in accordance with these Terms and any published usage documentation. You are responsible for your prompts, data, configurations, code, Worker environment, API clients, and decisions based on generated results.
You must not use or help others use the Services to:
- create, distribute, execute, conceal, or coordinate malware, ransomware, destructive code, botnets, cryptojacking, phishing, credential theft, spyware, or tools primarily designed to evade security controls;
- obtain credentials, personal data, systems, models, files, or network access without authorization, or scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, or bypass protections for any account, Worker, API, third-party service, or infrastructure;
- submit content or workloads that are unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, exploitative, or that facilitate real-world harm;
- interfere with scheduling, metering, credit accounting, workload validation, queues, rate limits, safety systems, or the fair allocation of compute;
- misrepresent Worker capabilities, fabricate completed work, replay results, manipulate benchmarks, farm credits without valid computation, or use unauthorized hardware or accounts;
- reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law or an open-source license expressly permits it, or extract models, system prompts, non-public datasets, or confidential platform information;
- resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Services in violation of published plan or API terms; or
- use generated output as a substitute for qualified professional judgment in a way that creates a material risk to health, safety, legal rights, or finances.
We may publish additional technical and community rules as the platform develops. Those rules may narrow particular uses but will not silently expand your permission to access another person’s systems or data.
4. Voluntary Worker contributions and consent#
The Eudorian Worker is planned software that lets you offer configured computing resources to the network. Installing a Worker alone does not grant Eudorian unlimited access to a device. Contribution begins only when you pair or authorize the Worker and enable contribution under the controls then provided.
While contribution is enabled, you authorize Eudorian to detect reported device capabilities, reserve eligible capacity, transmit assigned workload data to the Worker, use the resources within your selected limits to process that workload, receive results and operational telemetry, validate completion, and calculate credits. The production Worker documentation must identify its permissions, isolation model, telemetry, update behavior, and removal process before release.
You may withdraw contribution consent by pausing, disabling, unpairing, or uninstalling the Worker. Disconnecting can cancel in-progress work, prevent credit for incomplete work, or cause a brief drain period if you choose a graceful disconnect. You must always retain the ability to stop the Worker locally.
5. Hardware, resource usage, and user-controlled limits#
You may contribute only devices and networks that you own or are authorized to use for this purpose. You are responsible for complying with employer, school, cloud-provider, lease, warranty, electricity, network, export, and other restrictions that apply to the resource.
Compute can consume electricity, bandwidth, processor or GPU capacity, memory, storage, and cooling; it may produce heat, noise, data usage, performance impact, and ordinary hardware wear. You are responsible for those costs and effects. Eudorian does not promise that contribution revenue or credits will offset them.
Where supported, you may set limits such as schedules, eligible devices, utilization, temperature, bandwidth, storage, or power preferences. The Worker may use resources only within the limits you configure, subject to measurement tolerances and operating-system behavior described in Worker documentation. You are responsible for selecting appropriate limits, monitoring the device, maintaining backups, and stopping contribution if conditions are unsafe.
6. Distributed-processing boundaries and Worker suspension#
Community processing distributes work across independently operated machines and networks. It can involve additional latency, retries, failed nodes, malicious participants, hardware errors, inconsistent performance, or unintended exposure despite technical safeguards. Do not submit secrets, credentials, regulated data, or content requiring a particular security or residency boundary unless Eudorian documentation expressly states that the relevant workload mode supports it.
A Worker operator must not inspect, retain, reconstruct, publish, sell, alter, or use workload data except as technically necessary for authorized processing. Operators must not intercept credentials, inject results, run unapproved workloads, or attempt to identify users. Any cache or temporary data must be handled according to the Worker’s published retention and isolation controls.
We may refuse, pause, quarantine, drain, or disconnect a Worker for safety, maintenance, poor reliability, suspected abuse, invalid results, unsupported hardware or software, network risk, legal requirements, or protection of users and the platform. We may require updates or revalidation before reconnection. Suspension does not guarantee compensation for unfinished or invalid work.
7. Compute-credit accounting#
When compute contribution and metering become available, Eudorian may award compute credits for eligible, validated work and deduct credits for eligible Services you consume. Displayed balances may include pending, estimated, available, reserved, reversed, or expired amounts. Final credit depends on the published metering rules, successful validation, workload characteristics, and any applicable adjustment for errors, retries, abuse, or reversals.
Compute credits are limited platform utility credits. They are not cash, deposits, stored value accounts, legal tender, securities, investment products, bank balances, cryptocurrency, or ownership in Eudorian. They do not accrue interest and do not promise profit or appreciation. Unless Eudorian later states otherwise in specific written terms, credits cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for money, transferred outside the platform, or traded.
Ledger displays can be delayed or corrected. We may correct duplicate entries, fraud, technical errors, chargebacks, invalid computation, or misapplied rates and will preserve an auditable reason where the production ledger supports it. You should report suspected accounting errors promptly through the published support channel.

8. Purchased credits, billing, and refunds#
Eudorian does not currently implement payments or purchased credits in this codebase. If purchased credits, subscriptions, or paid usage are introduced later, the checkout or order terms must disclose the price, included usage, taxes, renewal behavior, expiration if any, and any refund or cancellation rules before purchase.
No refund policy has been adopted here, and these Terms do not create a refund guarantee. Any later refund eligibility will be governed by the purchase terms shown at the time, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Promotional, contributed, trial, purchased, and adjusted credits may be accounted for separately.
9. Availability, queueing, scheduling, and cloud overflow#
Workloads may wait in a queue and may be delayed, retried, moved, declined, interrupted, or cancelled based on capacity, hardware requirements, safety checks, account status, rate limits, maintenance, and network conditions. Estimated start or completion times are not guarantees.
When supported, Eudorian may schedule work on Eudorian-operated infrastructure, community Workers, or third-party cloud capacity (“cloud overflow”) based on capability, availability, and the routing controls offered for that workload. Cloud overflow may use different providers, regions, pricing, privacy boundaries, or rate limits. Those material differences must be disclosed in applicable product documentation or controls before the mode is used.
No uptime, throughput, hardware availability, geographic routing, or successful-completion commitment applies unless Eudorian separately provides a written service-level agreement.
10. API usage and rate limits#
If Eudorian provides API access, you must keep API credentials confidential and use documented endpoints, authentication, model identifiers, and request formats. You are responsible for your applications, end users, security controls, notices, and compliance with laws and third-party rights.
We may apply plan, account, model, Worker, concurrency, token, bandwidth, abuse-prevention, or other rate limits. You may not evade limits through multiple accounts, credential rotation, traffic distribution, or automation intended to defeat enforcement. We may change limits for security, reliability, capacity, or product reasons and will document material commercial limits before charging for affected usage.
11. Third-party services and connectors#
The Services may interoperate with authentication providers, model providers, cloud infrastructure, data sources, websites, repositories, or connectors operated by others. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by its terms and privacy practices. You authorize Eudorian to exchange the content and account data needed to perform the action you request.
Eudorian does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, changes, or decisions. A connector does not imply endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing permissions, limiting access, and disconnecting services you no longer use.
12. User content#
“User Content” means prompts, files, code, data, configurations, feedback, and other material you submit or make available through the Services. You retain whatever ownership rights you already hold in User Content.
You grant Eudorian a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, format, process, and display User Content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and comply with law for the Services you request. This operational license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, security, legal, and recordkeeping needs that must be described in the applicable privacy policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and allow this processing. You must not submit content subject to confidentiality, residency, or handling obligations that the selected service mode is not documented to support. Eudorian will not use private User Content to train a general-purpose model unless a later privacy notice and product control expressly disclose and authorize that use.
13. Generated outputs#
“Output” means content generated or returned in response to User Content. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, insecure, outdated, non-unique, or similar to material generated for other users. You must review Outputs and test code or instructions before relying on them. You are responsible for how you use, publish, or distribute Outputs and for obtaining any required professional review.
Rights in AI-generated material can vary by jurisdiction and by the models, data, connectors, and open-source components involved. Third-party terms may also apply.

14. Eudorian intellectual property and feedback#
Eudorian and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, interfaces, branding, documentation, models, systems, and content that are not User Content or Output rights allocated to you. These Terms give you only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as permitted here.
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you allow Eudorian to use it without restriction or payment, but this does not transfer ownership of code, files, or other User Content merely because they contain a suggestion.
15. Open-source components#
Some Eudorian software may include or be distributed with open-source components. The applicable open-source licenses govern those components and may grant rights beyond these Terms. These Terms do not limit rights that an open-source license expressly provides. Notices and source-offer information, where required, will be included with the relevant distribution or repository.
16. Privacy and security boundaries#
Our Privacy Policy page describes the current implementation and is presently a clearly labeled draft. The current web foundation uses Supabase for configured account authentication and cookie-based sessions; the Worker, scheduler, credit ledger, production APIs, payments, and distributed model processing are not implemented in this repository.
No internet, cloud, AI, or distributed system is completely secure. You are responsible for using appropriate account controls, removing secrets from prompts, choosing a processing mode suitable for your data, maintaining device security, and backing up important material. Eudorian must document material Worker telemetry, workload handling, retention, subprocessors, and security boundaries before those features become generally available.
17. Suspension and termination#
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account closure through the contact or account controls Eudorian makes available. You should export or remove content you need before closure.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access, API keys, workloads, Worker participation, or credit activity if reasonably necessary to investigate or address a breach, security risk, harm, fraud, invalid compute, legal request, nonpayment under future paid terms, or threat to the Services. Where practical and safe, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal or cure, but we may act immediately in urgent cases.
On termination, your right to use the affected Services ends. Terms that by their nature should survive—including responsibility for prior activity, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes, and any outstanding payment duties—continue to apply. Credit treatment remains subject to the unresolved policy identified in Section 7.
18. Changes to the Services and these Terms#
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, models, Worker requirements, routing options, APIs, limits, or preview services. Roadmaps are informational only. We will not present an unreleased feature as an existing entitlement.
We may update these Terms as the Services and legal requirements change. The “Last updated” field is driven from a single site configuration value. For material changes, Eudorian will use a reasonable notice method available at the time, such as an in-product notice, account message, or prominent page notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, stop using the Services.
19. Disclaimers#
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services, community Workers, credits, APIs, User Content processing, and Outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” Eudorian disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Eudorian does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation; that Workers, queues, models, cloud overflow, connectors, or Outputs will be available, secure, accurate, complete, unique, or fit for your use; that defects will be corrected; or that credits will retain a particular utility or availability. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
20. Limitation of liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eudorian and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, credits, device use, or business interruption arising from the Services, even if advised that such damage is possible.
These limitations apply to all theories of liability and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including where applicable for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

21. Indemnification#
If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you will defend and indemnify the Eudorian operator and its personnel against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your organization’s unlawful use, User Content, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized Worker resources, or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Eudorian’s own breach, negligence, or willful misconduct.

22. Governing law and disputes#
Before filing a formal claim, you and Eudorian should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through the published legal contact, with enough information to understand the dispute and requested resolution. This informal step does not shorten any statutory deadline.

23. General terms#
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the rest will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, except as applicable law permits; Eudorian may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the Services, subject to required notice.
These Terms and any feature-specific terms are the complete agreement about the Services they cover and replace earlier statements on that subject. Headings are for convenience. “Including” means “including without limitation.” Electronic notices and records may satisfy written-form requirements where law permits.
